COMEAPK / DREAM11 TEAMS & POINTS
Dream11 teams and points: check the contest, then the result.
By ComeAPK editorial team · Reviewed
Dream11’s store description advertises free public and private contests. Its published cricket rules separate match formats and show captain and vice-captain multipliers of 2× and 1.5× in the observed T20 table. Choose the exact contest and its current rules before building a team; a saved team, confirmed entry and final points are separate results.
What supports this guide, and what has changed?
This guide belongs to Come APK, published by ComeAPK. Dream11 is a separate product from Sporta Technologies Private Limited. Use Dream11’s own app sources for this task.
At our check on 6 November 2026, the Dream11 Google Play description described building a fantasy XI, selecting a captain and vice-captain, and joining public or creating private contests for free. Dream11’s published fantasy-cricket rules displayed format-specific scoring. Dream Sports’ 27 August 2026 announcement said all prizes had been discontinued. A free leaderboard activity and an old cash-prize promotion therefore need separate checks.
We read public pages without signing in or joining a contest. The source check date is not a rule’s publication or effective date. Read the rules attached to your actual event and the dated availability evidence before relying on older screenshots.
Choose the match, format and activity before the players
| Check | What to compare | Why it changes the decision |
|---|---|---|
| Fixture | Sport, competition, opponents, match date/time and the event shown in Dream11. | Two matches between the same teams, or a match in another timezone, are different events. |
| Format | The contest’s full-match or special format and the corresponding scoring tab. | The public rules separate T20, OD, Test and other formats. Do not carry one table into another. |
| Player requirement | Current squad size, role limits, team limits, credits if shown and selection constraints. | The store describes a fantasy XI, but the public rules also describe a 2nd Innings format selecting any five players with no role or squad minimums. Eleven is not a universal rule. |
| Entry and deadline | The actual fee or free status, eligibility, closing time and whether edits are still allowed. | A listed activity can be closed or unavailable to your account. A stored team is not proof of entry. |
| Outcome | Leaderboard, scoring finalisation, and any stated cancellation or abandonment rule. | An old prize image does not override a dated product change or establish a present reward. |
For the special 2nd Innings format, the observed rules say the contest locks at the end of the innings break, points are earned in the second innings only and announced-lineup points are not awarded. Those conditions show why the format must be identified first; they are not assumptions for every contest.
Build and save a team using evidence you can check
Match the available player pool to the fixture
Use the players and eligibility shown for the exact event. A familiar player name or an old squad article is insufficient when teams, transfers or event lists have changed.
Separate a prediction from an announced lineup
Check the tournament or teams’ attributable lineup announcement and its time. A predicted XI is a forecast. A player being announced also does not guarantee every later on-field contribution.
Apply the displayed constraints
Meet the actual player count, roles, side limits and credits if the event uses them. Resolve a validation message using that rule rather than assuming all formats use the same limits.
Choose captain and vice-captain deliberately
Confirm the two selections on the final team view. Review how your event applies multipliers, bonuses and negative points; an expected higher score is not a guaranteed outcome.
Save, then confirm the entry separately
After saving, open the selected contest and check whether the intended saved team is entered. Retain the contest identifier and confirmation. Reopen the team to confirm any edits while the displayed deadline permits them.
This is a preparation and checking method. We do not publish today’s confirmed XI, live injury news or a guaranteed winning prediction. For those time-sensitive decisions, use attributable match information and verify its timestamp; this page does not maintain a live sports feed.
Read fantasy points and captain multipliers correctly
The T20 table in Dream11’s published fantasy-cricket rules, observed 6 November 2026, displayed the following examples. Check the format and event rules before applying them.
| Event / role | Displayed value | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|
| Run | +1 point | Only one component of a player’s total; other batting rules and bonuses may apply. |
| Boundary / six bonus | +4 / +6 points | These are the table’s separate bonus rows. Check the rule’s exact event definition and any stacking exceptions. |
| Wicket excluding run out | +30 points | A run out has its own fielding rules; do not score it as this wicket event. |
| Captain | 2× | Apply the event’s multiplier to the eligible player total, not to the whole team. |
| Vice-captain | 1.5× | Check the actual final role assignment; selecting a player does not automatically make them vice-captain. |
Worked arithmetic: if the applicable rules produce a base total of 40 for a player, the observed 2× captain multiplier gives 80; the 1.5× vice-captain multiplier gives 60. These are two role examples for that base total, not points to add together for one player and not a prediction of performance.
The same public page contains minimum-ball or minimum-over conditions, bonus exceptions and substitute rules. Adding every visible bonus, treating every substitute as a starting player or copying one format’s rate thresholds into another can produce a wrong total. This table is a source-based example, not a replacement for the complete contest rules.
Why did the points change, or differ from your calculation?
| Symptom | First comparison | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Live points change after an event | The public rules say live points can change while the match is “In progress” or “Waiting for review”. Distinguish that state from a completed match. | Match/contest ID, status, time, player and the before/after event total. |
| A selected player earns no expected appearance points | Check the announced lineup, whether the player actually starts and any special-format exclusions. The public rules distinguish announced substitutes from those who play. | The relevant lineup or replacement announcement, its time and the applicable rule. |
| Your total differs by a multiplier | Compare the saved captain and vice-captain for that entered team; do not rely on an unsaved edit or a different team. | Final team snapshot, role selection and contest format. |
| A boundary, wicket or bonus total seems wrong | Identify the exact scoring event, format, event definition and bonus exception rather than only the final match score. | Specific rule, event or delivery, player base total and your arithmetic. |
| A yesterday-winner query returns a different name | Compare the exact contest, date, timezone, entered team and final leaderboard status. One fixture may have many contests. | Contest identifier and final result from the operator, not a generic winner snippet. |
The observed public rule says no further adjustments are made once a match is marked completed and winners are declared. If you dispute its application, use Dream11 Help Centre with the specific records. That statement is the operator’s published rule, not a promise that this guide can change a result.
Cannot save, edit, find or enter the team?
| Failed stage | Useful action | Completion check |
|---|---|---|
| Save rejects the team | Read the validation message and compare the current selection constraints. Correct the identified rule while entries remain open. | The intended team is saved and its players and roles persist when reopened. |
| An edit is missing | Check the saved confirmation, selected team and event deadline. Refresh the identified service after preserving the error and time. | The edited team is shown for the actual contest, not merely in the team builder. |
| Contest is closed or cannot be joined | Inspect the deadline, entry limit, account message and eligibility. An already locked event may not permit another entry. | The service confirms entry while its conditions are met; a new APK does not extend a deadline. |
| The app fails before the contest screen | Separate a store, network or login error from a team rule. Use the Dream11 account route for that failure. | The correct account opens the intended function; team submission is checked afterwards. |
For an older paid or prize activity, first read which service question is actually unresolved. A support case about a previous balance belongs in the operator’s transaction case; creating a new contest or account does not settle it.
Know which stage you have actually completed
Team ready: the required players and roles are saved for the correct event. Entry confirmed: the intended team appears in that contest with the operator’s confirmation. Result final: the exact contest has a completed status and its final points/leaderboard is available. Check each stage independently.

Dream11 team aur points:
“In progress” या “Waiting for review” में points बदल सकते हैं। आज की predicted XI को confirmed lineup न मानें; इस गाइड में live match feed नहीं है। समस्या हो तो contest ID, समय, खिलाड़ी, team और लागू rule के साथ Dream11 की verified सहायता लें।
